These terms and conditions apply to the Mermix (hereinafter referred to as "Application", "App", "The app", or "Service") for mobile devices, created by Navratnabhai Jain (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms before using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data and user-provided content necessary to provide its AI image and video generation features. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

AI-Generated Content

Mermix allows users to generate and edit images and videos using artificial intelligence. Generated results may vary depending on the text prompts, uploaded images, selected templates, and AI models used.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, uniqueness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images, prompts, and generated content comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon the rights of others.

Users must not use the Application to create illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.

The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict access to features or services if users violate these Terms and Conditions.

Third-Party Services

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These services may include:

The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Mermix offers limited access to certain features for free. A Pro subscription is required to unlock all features and full app access.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription pricing, duration, and renewal details are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription terms.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account settings.

Internet Connection

Please be aware that some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to a lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges for data usage or roaming.

By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

Application Availability

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application remains functional, updated, and reliable.

However, AI generation features depend on third-party services, internet connectivity, and processing availability. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access or successful generation of every requested image or video.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance entirely on the Application's functionality, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Application Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. Operating system requirements may change, and users may need to install updates to continue using the Application.

The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating system version.

The Service Provider may cease providing the Application or terminate access to the Service at any time, subject to applicable laws.

Upon termination:

  • The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end.

  • You must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Changes to the Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions.

Users are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Updates will be published on this page.

Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law.

Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 October 2026.
